Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Tasleem Zone. We are a marketplace platform connecting customers with various independent stores and sellers. We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, because you are buying from third-party sellers, return and refund policies may vary depending on the specific store.
2. Store-Specific Policies
• Check Before You Buy: Each store on Tasleem Zone sets its own return and refund rules. We strongly encourage you to review the specific store's policy listed on the product page before making a purchase.
• No Returns: If a store explicitly states "No Returns" or "Final Sale" for an item (e.g., food, customized goods, or hygiene products), Tasleem Zone cannot enforce a return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. General Return Conditions
For stores that do accept returns, the following general conditions apply unless stated otherwise by the seller:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID from the Tasleem Zone App) is required.
4. Guaranteed Refunds (Buyer Protection)
Tasleem Zone will intervene and guarantee a refund in the following specific situations, regardless of the store's individual policy:
• Item Not Received: You paid for an order that was never delivered.
• Damaged/Defective: The item arrived broken or non-functional.
• Wrong Item: You received a product significantly different from the description or photo.
5. How to Request a Refund
1. Contact the Store: First, attempt to resolve the issue directly with the store via the Tasleem Zone app.
2. Open a Dispute: If the store does not resolve the issue within 48 hours, contact Tasleem Zone Support.
3. Review: Our team will review the case. If the claim is valid, a refund will be initiated.
6. Refund Processing Time
• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Thawani / Credit or Debit Card).
• Please allow 5 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
